A specialist from our team will visit to take precise measurements and show you stone samples to help you choose the best option for your project. The consultation typically takes between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the size of the project. If the customer would like to explore more stone options, we can arrange a visit to our warehouse, where a wide selection of stone slabs is available.

FABRICATION

After you select the perfect slab for your project, we ship it to our workshop for fabrication, including cutting and polishing. This process typically takes about 5–7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the job. Once the pieces are ready, we’ll notify you and move on to the third and final step.

INSTALLATION

We will notify you a couple of days before the installation. Our installation team will also call you a few hours in advance on the day of installation. For countertops, installation typically takes a few hours, depending on the size of the job. For full kitchen or bathroom renovation, installation may take 7-10 business days to complete.

customer satisfaction.
